Guild Wars 2

Since AN is busy working on the next expansion, I wanted to chime in and ask of who would like to see new Guild Halls in the new zones. Perhaps a snow themed one in the far north and a rock/lava themed one far south? I know several people in my guild would pay the gold and do the campaign to claim/convert to an ice hall.

I would like to see new guild halls, cause I don’t really like current 2.

I’d like a dark ruin-like guild hall, that’s mostly underwater. Atlantis -style. Think smth like this

Or smth very hi-tech/spaceship looking (would probably have smth to do with asura).

And more exploration inside them. Secret rooms/puzzles would be a great addition. I guess existing guild halls had unfinished jumping puzzles, but I kinda liked them. They should elaborate on that.

True ^^ Lost Precipice was very vertical (since it has pressure pads and you can glide quite high in it). So I was thinking maybe they could do smth different and make it vertical in opposite direction (swimming down). Of course they would need places for all the vendors, so it can’t be all completely underwater.

Besides, both LP and GH are quite bright-looking, so smth gloomy and dark could be good for a change (not everyone likes bright colors). They could even make it a forgotten temple of Abaddon with giant statues and waterfalls (lighted by green torches for example).

Im not a fan of the exalted one simply because the environment hugely overpowers any attempt to decorate it. If they can make more maps that look cool, but is actually enhanced by guild decorations then I am all for pretty much any setting. A snow/ice hall would prob be my fav option if I had to pick.

a large plain field with nothing on it. just the npcs and the regular buildings that comes with guild hall. the rest is up to you to decorate.

I’d really like it if they just let us use the Guild Initiative HQ as a guild hall, would like an actual structure, especially for small guilds. OR another actual building.

In one way it would be kinda cool to start with a little shack and building rooms/expansions etc to a guild hall, but on the other hand, I’d get sick of the grinding pretty quickly :p
