With the xpack coming out, have any of you heard if anet is going to be releasing new hairstyles? It’s been quite some time since they updated the current set.

That Shaman has datamined new faces at least but his last post about it was around a month ago. I really hope they do release new faces and hairstyles for the expansion as I’m holding back from selecting a race for the new profession until the last minute in hopes of this.

While we do not know when this will be, there will be some new ones. I remember this one Zephyrite(sp!) having this https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/archive/human/New-hairstyles-in-the-game/first#post2394595 high bun adorned with flowers, and lately, the black wings gemstore banner had a picture of a lady sporting the same hairstyle. Usually those banners are overpainted renders.

Well, this was more than a year ago… But they are there somewhere o_o

There was a new face in the first trailer (a bark-like sylvari male) and I believe some Living World NPCs have shown new hairstyles, so I expect new hairstyles/faces to launch in the near future.

Not like it matters. Unlike in games like WoW where hairstyles are relatively affordable NPC interactions, in GW2 they are monetised and incredibly expensive.

Well, yeah, so greedy, having us pay a subscription and for meaningless cosmetics like hairsty-

BTT: There haven’t been new hairstyles and faces for a while, I suppose they are saving them for the expansion. I hope they do. My asura really need something new and fancy.
