Make a main hand whip. The Lightning Whip is extremely popular with Ele’s and a similar
weapon was much sought after in City of Heroes.

While I too would like to see a whip in this game, I recall that the CoH crew said that creating the DS whip was an exercise in hair-pulling frustration, and making a full powerset for it would take up the same amount of time as making multiple normal sets.

I’d suspect the same is true here. They could do it, but doing so would cost them more time and animation work than a single weapon is worth.

… I would still like it, though.
