Take the skin from halloween’s toilet paper, make it function as a focus. Add a pale green/brownish aura, and the footfall effects from Frostfang, but this should be brown.

And name it “Too Late”

Some of my friends would be really happy to carry such weapon.

OR. You could have the little stick you put inside the toilet roll be a handle and you could make it a Scepter.
