Would it please be possible to not have the my character’s crotch not directly above the portraits? New camera angle is terribly unflattering. Please consider all races before making changes like this.

It’s not just the asura, the new angle’s horrible with charr as well. While it fixed the issue of taller charr going off-screen, it now gives them a very nasty bobblehead effect. :/

Not to mention the charr is a little off to the side. :P

Yeah, I can confirm both bugs for the asura and the charr.

Yeah, the tall people are suffering from this too. My norn’s head shoots clear off the top of the screen. And I made my norn the shortest height available.

I think the camera should have been left how it was.

All my characters are now looking down instead of at the screen. It’s a small thing, but I liked it better before.

I also liked it better before. Now it looks like the character is trying to pop out of the window.

Agreed the new character select screen viewing angle and zoom factor seem wrong. Hopefully this change can be reverted.

My Charr is off-center, partially hiding behind the text on the right side of the screen.

My characters are all looking down as if either dejected, or in deference to being in the presence of their superior.

Has any dev confirm this was intended? Seems to be something that could get thrown off by them changing camera options. I can imagine it was intended.

Yep, not really feelin the change. It was fine how it was before, now my asura doesn’t even look me in the eyes anymore. :/

Not too keen on it either. . . .
