Basically going for a list of cool mini pets that you would enjoy seeing/having in game! (that will be hopefully added as the models are already done, just gotta shrink them) Personally I would love to see mistfire wolf as a mini. (scaled at about the same size as the mordrem teregriff mini). Anyone else have a specific one you would love to see? If so have a post a picture of it too! Lets see what kind of cool pets we can see! =P

I wish they’d normalize some of the existing pets so they’d swim, like the beagle.

Some cats that don’t look like they are on a steady diet of Big Macs and Bobble-heads perhaps?

Rather than miniature versions of grown-ups, children would be nice.

Your own shadow (ala Peter Pan) would be interesting, though I don’t suppose the existing tech would lend itself well to that.

A minstrel, like Robin’s minstrel in Holy Grail, sings songs about how … brave you are? Kinda like how that robot back pack talks?

I would love many new mini’s but also the ones that are already in the game.

The only requirement I have to really like them is to have them being available in the game in interesting ways to earn them. Being it a doable! rng in a dungeon, or a ‘quest’ you need to complete or a guaranteed reward for a dungeon / instance, or one you create with a craft or one like Liadri.

Purely looking at the models what I would not like is humanoid NPC’s as mini’s, like Queen Jennah, Caithe Kasmeer Meade but other then that sort of things, yeah any mini’s. What is making them fun is the way you obtain them. (so not grinding gold, or buying them, but with fun mechanics)

Kitten it! I saw the title and picture and thought they’d actually added a mini Mistfire Wolf, then I read the post.

Anyway, I’d love a non-holographic branded mini. Charr would be my first choice, but any of them would be nice. I know they’re supposed to be horrible corrupted dragon minions but I actually find the black and purple colouring really pretty.

As someone whom owns enough deluxe accounts to border on needing an intervention, I’d be completely ok with the Mistfire Wolf becoming a mini.

Maybe they could add it to the deluxe version of the expansion? Although I would personally prefer something closer to crafting/getting similar to liadra like Devata was saying.

Looks like your own model, but smaller. Does not change when changing gear, though. Only each time it is loaded, like mesmer clones.

I believe I have mentioned this in one of my posts but here goes again! XD I would love to have a mini job-o/hobo/heal-o/hero-tron! I know we have mini ho-ho-Tron but I want one without the wintersday decorations.

A mini Anise, changing her appearance every 3 minutes or so. Too bad I don’t use minis ’cause it sucks for stealth in WvW…

That’s true also, stealth working with minis should be fixed. And I’m loving a lot of these ideas! Mini Doppelganger sounds especially fun,(although not sure how they could implement it well without causing all sorts of more lag, but i’m sure there is a way!).

I want a mini Shatterer and/or Claw of Jormag.

I want a walking mushroom.

What a coincidence. Earlier today I thought it would be nice to have a mistfire wolf mini

I’d love a mini Zhaitan.
a) it would be sooo big, because even the mini version of it would most likely be bigger than the average asura
b) there could be plenty of cool ways to get it – maybe some Zhaitan dedicated collection or something (or after killing him on 8 chars, gosh…)

I’d like to see Tyrannus back in HoT http://wiki.guildwars.com/images/thumb/c/ce/Dinosaur.jpg/800px-Dinosaur.jpg , and a mini one would be nice.

I like the ambient Armadillos. Wouldn’t mind having a tiny one as a companion. Or a small marmox to carry my lunch.

‘Heroes of Old’ mini collection with a host of mini heroes from GW1. Koss, Zenmai, Livia, etc.

I want a Skritt Mini that is close to the actual size of a Skritt.

I made a thread about that mini grey cat NPC you so often see in towns etc.

I would give anything and everything to be able to have that turned into a mini. And not a kitten.. And actual CAT.

To compact things a little bit-
The list thus far:
-Mini Dragons (all kinds, everyone love having a flying pet dragon!)
-Mini Clone (copy of yourself/mini mesmer clone if possible?)
-Hounds of Balthazar (could be fun if you get both of them at once similar to karka)
-More cats (lots already but can always use more kinds)
-Mistfire Wolf
-Corrupted Minions
-Aquatic Pet Options (could be fun to have specific ones like dolphin,jellyfish etc etc for underwater if it ever gets to be more then 5% of content)
-All those holiday or holographic skins in normal form as we meet them in the world.
-More of the ambient creatures found around the maps.

Skins not already done, some not mentioned in this post (but in others)
-Weeping angel (I would love this, granted I am a Doctor Who enthusiast but understand it probably wont happen)
-Pet rock/mushroom
-Tyrannus (all kinds of dinos would probably be accepted gratefully)
-Gw1 creatures

Any more ideas of what we can add to the list? Maybe I left out some?A lot of these are great and would be awesome to see them someday!

Since land animals can go underwater, I don’t see why underwater animal minis can’t be on land. For examples. A dolphin or whale “swimming” thru the air by you. A jellyfish hovering at your side. Maybe they could have a watery sphere surrounding them, faint so the mini can still be seen but visible.

Another pet I’ve just though of. The Suspicious Bush mini

It would be a Suspicious Bush miniature that occasionally rustles suspiciously when beside you. It would be hilarious to see a bush with a yellow “suspicious bush” label following a character around.

Ha ha I love it, Suspicious Bush would be great! Concerning underwater animals on land I think it would be kind of weird. I’m sure some could work but I have an easier time with a bear swimming then a dolphin flying i guess. But who knows they might be able to make it work!

Oh and another I thought of that could be fun would be a pet moose!

We have one its called the Jackalope and its even better! Cause obviously antlers make everything better =P. But it is a good suggestion as maybe a less rare, more affordable mini if you can’t pay out 150g+.

This game needs a parrot mini badly. The “tropical bird” critters would be perfect.

I’d rather have a “Mini Me” pet. An identical version of your character. Would sell like hotcakes on the gemstore, but it most likely will never happen, along with many other suggestions :-/

More of the meta bosses as a mini from their chests would be really nice. A mini Shadow Behemoth or Fire Elemental for example would be great to have.

Mini Lupi as a reward for soloing him.

I’d like to have a mini hummingbird. It would be so cute and tiny and flying around me and I could ask it how one does fight the wind.

And I would totally buy a mini butterfly like the one on the heavy carapace armor.

Or a mini firefly! Yes, I like flying minis!

I’ve been wanting a mini Champion Owl Griffon since EOTM was released.

I want my Mini Mursaat back from GW1. >:-(

A griffon, Razorwing! The plush is nice but I want a “real” griffon… as our guild name is even based on griffons.
