We’re getting three new legendaries at release because of how much effort it takes to put together the legendary masteries. So what about the old legendaries? I haven’t seen anything on this specifically. Do they have all of the old legendaries done or are we going to have to wait for some of them too?

The mastery path for legendaries they keep showing is the Moot’s, so you can probably assume the old precursors will be in.

All the ‘old new’ ones are going to be available at launch with their new precursors and stuff. The ‘new new’ ones will come in patches later, the first three at the same time as the raid.

Wait, is the acquisition method for ALL legendaries changing? I was under the impression that the current ones would still use gifts while the new ones the path?

You will still be able get the old precursors from drops.

You will be able make the new and the old precursors with the mastery track.

Actually making old legendaries won’t change.

Making new ones will require new things.

They arent talking about the legendaries themselfs just the precursors to make those legendaries.
