I would go with i7 and 16 gb of RAM. You know what you can afford, and so it’s on you to figure that out, but in general I would do that ever time. Also make sure you’re saving enough for a good video card. It doesn’t need to be the newest one, something around $250 should do you.
Also, where are you ordering from? Try Newegg.com. I’m assuming you’re in another country, so maybe the prices aren’t actually ideal, but in the US they’re typically the best price and always reliable.

Depend on your budget, ofc i7 and 16GB is better, that said i5 and 8GB should be enough for a gaming PC for 90% of people.
Also if you have the knowledge, or know someone that does to assemble the computer yourself, you can usually save quite a bit of money buying the parts separately rather than as a pre-assembled computer
You only need 8 GB of ram these days and an i7 is a waste of money for gaming. Your best bet is generally the current i5-k CPU (4690k atm), 8 GB of ram, then the best GPU you can squeeze into your budget, probably a 970 or 290x or something after dropping the CPU down a couple models and halving the ram.

I can choose any part I want also the assembly is free !well at least here in Israel so I should go for Gtx 970, lower the cpu to i5 4690k and ram to 8 gb ?
My budget is around 1500$-1600$

I would bump up to 16, even if it meant cutting back a couple versions on the video card. But that’s me.

What was wrong with the GTX 960 in your attached screenshot. That’s more than reasonable. As for the 2×4GB or 2×8GB, I would go with 2×8GB. With the onset of Skylake and AMD’s Zen next year, I imagine RAM production slewing over from DDR3 to DDR4 which will cause DDR3 prices to climb. Get it while it’s cheap (but unsure if it’s cheap there).

Get WD Caviar Black for better performance.
Or get a Solid State Drive instead.

How about ram I heard that I won’t notice any difference between 1333 MHz and 1800mhz should I bother getting the higher MHz one ?

There is a gain but it becomes an issue of diminishing returns for the money the faster you go. DDR3—1866, Cas 9 I believe is the current sweet spots at least here in the US. You might be able to find some -2133 Cas 11 at around the same price but I think -1866 is good enough for a relatively small mark up.
One of the last memory test articles that XBitLabs had before they stopped publishing was testing memory on Intel 4xxx Haswell CPUs. In their 4 gaming tests where they were testing CPU over GPU, -1866 Cas 9 was on average 8% faster than -1333 Cas 9.

It all depends on what you are going to be playing and if you are planning.on over clocking. I’ve just built a new PC to play GW2. The parts I got are in my sig. And liquid cooling is over kill if you are not over clocking. And then liquid cooling is only really needed if you are pushing your CPU to the limit when overclocking. So you could shave dome money off there.
And if you’re wondering, I get 60fps everywhere in GW2 (not sure at world bosses/wvw zurge as I’ve not done them yet been busy playing PvP)
To Response to the ram question. Unless you overclock, the ram will run at board default. Haswell run at a default of 1600mhz, ao u less you are going to overclock, there is no real point in getting faster ram.

Its enough at least for most actual games with 32-bit clients. When 64-bit gets
more common then of course that may change.
Best MMOs are the ones that never make it. Therefore Stargate Online wins.
Go I5 K series and bump that GPU to atleast a 390 amd and with the K series you an overclock the cores to give gw2 the boost it needs. I have an I7 and every game i play uses less than 50% of my cpu total

32bit will only use 3GB. Same as a 32bit OS. That’s why.most games say they need 2GB of ram. The only need for more ram is so the GPU can use it. But these days with after market cards coming with 2GB+ ram, needing more than 8GB is overkill, unless you are running alot of things in the background, voice coms, streaming/ Vid capture, overclocking apps etc.

I have never used and graphic cards since I always heard that Nvidia cards are always better !
Is Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 380 Dual-X 4GB DDR5 as good as gtx 970 4gb ?

Nvidia Cards currently out perform AMD cards just about. I’ve always had Nvidia cards, by brother inlaw loves them. Even though he’s had 3 die on him where as I’ve only ever had one go on me. (technically 2, but one was second hand and I wasn’t sure how badly it was treated.) and the one that went was when my PSU blew, and it took the motherboard with it too.
I use a site called game debate, you can select different parts like cards and cpu’s. And they give you a brake down on how they perform vs each other. That way you can decide what one is best for you.

32-Bit programs can only use 3GB under 32-bit OS but up to 4GB under a 64-bit OS.
However since some of the memory is used for system access its in the end around
3,5-3,6 GB mostly where the app runs out of memory. 1,6-1,7 under 32-bit OS.

So yeah, like I said. Don’t really need more than 8GB of ram. If you can afford it, and want to future proof your rig a little, for something that may or may.not happen any time soon.

The new range AMD card have performed very well in benchmark Tests. They really have made a ripple in the force and still think that the extra few $ for a few frames on nvidia isn’t worth it. I have had nvidia and amd cards and have always bought the best bang for buck cards. And Im sure the 970 is worth more than the 390 4GB infact should be closer to the 390X . But As I said above. 8GB is enough of ram and go I5 to make funds for a beefier Graphics card.
WOW nearly forgot .. If you can get the Samsung 850 Evo SSD range . If its out of your budget go for the Crucial SSD . Its better performing and cheaper than the corsair one.

Looking at the bang for the buck charts at the above link it shows the GTX 970 is better than either the 8GB 390 or 390X at 1080p resolution and only slightly worse than the 390 at 3840×2160.

So I got my new computer ! Thanks for advices ! It was a 1900$ Build
Case : corsair 780t
Motherboard z97-mx gaming 5
CPU Intel i7-4790k 4.00ghz
Gpu MSI nvidia gtx970 4gb
Ram Kingston 2x 8gb 1600mhz
PSU Seasonic 620w
One Samsung ssd 128gb also one 1tb western digital hdd
Edit : so my question is , do I need better psu if I want to add another graphic card in the future or 620w would be enough ?

You likely have an S12II or M12II (M for modular). It’s an “older” 80+ Bronze PSU (it’s an efficiency rating) but it can handle in total 576 watts. But each GTX 970 could consume over 200 watts each so I think you might be cutting it close for worse case.
But that’s my opinion.

Yeah you would need a higher output on your V12 rail. But For now that machine will not stand back for anything. Good pc mate and Grats!
And i would focus on a mousepad first
But seriously i with that rig i wont add another GPU in at least 18 months. I would how ever suggest you save for a 120/144hz monitor. They are pretty expensive but oh boy would you be happy once you have one.

i should have got better PSU but thats not an issue i will change it when i want to add another GPU, mouse and keyboards are all the same for me haha i have never saw any difference between gaming with mousepad or without one

The issue is that there is no mousepad (unless the whole desk has some sort of layer on it). Me, I need my gel wrist rest and more matte surface for my mouse than a slick hard desk.
Grats on the machine, anyway, hopefully it will serve you well.

Gratz, I wouldn’t worry about SLI for awhile. Will probably be a year or more if you are unlucky before you will find a game you can’t run at full rez with good frames. Hell my old 9800GT was running GW2 on full in my current rig at 30-37fps, granted that was not in a WvW or world boss zerg, but the game was very playable. The only reason I got a new card was I had new everything else. Felt silly to not change it out too. And I felt the MSI GTX 960 gaming was the best in my price range, and by that I mean it’s what I could afford with what I had left. And seeing the next game I’m planning on playing is Mass Effect Andromeda, I got time to save for a new card if I need too.
