I want that pistol! My D/P thief shoots Incinerators while using Shadow Shot, and it always bothered me.
It was pretty hard to take a screenshot of that, but it looks terribad that your pistol shoots out incinerators… :P

I doubt it will be player usable. You see a lot of those in the new Pact camp. Listing it as a pistol is probably just for the way the NPCs carry it, not for real purposes. Besides, it is a welding torch, they have short fire streams, not projectiles.
