IIRC the last pieces (chest and legs) were added on the september patch, unlike the other pieces they are different depending on armor weight, and you need a metric ton of AP to get them all. The hellfire armor also has the missing pieces added.
gloves at 3k and 12k AP
shoulders at 6k and 15k AP
helm at 9k and 18k AP
boots at 21k and 24k AP
legs at 27k and 30k AP
chest at 33k and 36k AP
According to the leaderboards, the most AP anyone has in the game for the time being is 25729 AP, so nobody has the legs or chest yet.
It’s a pile of Elonian protection magic, mixed with a little monk training,
wrapped up in some crazy ritualist hoo-ha from Cantha.
A real grab bag of ‘you can’t hurt me. They’re called Guardians.
