How Do I unlock them ? I hear there is 3 , I only got one with the toybox you buy from the reward vendor , Also If they unlock with items , Which are they and were do they drop ? Thanks

The starters for two of them (the toy collection and the tonic collection) can be found in Wintersday gifts or bought on the Trading Post for a couple of silver. The one you don’t have yet, while I don’t remember the entire name, has ‘Cabinet’ in it and should be the only search result when you check the TP for Cabinet.

The third one is obtained by doing The Grawnk That Stole Wintersday activities in your home instance. After three days of feeding the Grawnk, his heart will grow several sizes and you’ll get the final collection starter item.

Stupid qeustion but How do I get/Craft the endless tonics since they are all Accountbound on acquire ?

The tonic recipes drop randomly and very rarely in the Giant Wintersday Gifts. You can also buy them from the Trading Post for a decent sum of gold. Each recipe requires 400 Artificer, requiring you to use 100 Flawless Snowflakes, 100 Bloodstone Dust and 25 Elonian Wine. So to craft all the tonics while buying all the recipes, you’re looking at probably a 150 gold investment. Of course, you have four weeks to do this in, so you should be able to get a lot of Snowflake drops from gifts and possibly recipes as well.

The lost ornaments , Do they drop from any chest or is there specific chest I need to open ?

Think I see they drop from chests in diffrent regions But there is 6 and I only get 5 regions , Maguuma Jungle , Kryta , Ascalon , Shiverpeaks and Orr

It’s one region (Orr) and 5 races. Charr, Human, Norn, Sylvari and Asura. Most races are tied to specific area, but asuran themed JP’s are all over the place (I got my asuran drop from Spekk’s Lab in Caledon).
Anyway, each jp drops only a specific ornament, and not all jps drop them (Urmaug’s in LA for example doesn’t, but Weyandt’s revenge does).
