… please fix the old content first!

This game is nice and all, most reviews are right. It is refreshing, a new way to enjoy the genre etc etc.

But again, please fix the old content first before implementing new content.

Still so many bugs around, which caused all my friends to quit the game because it is so frustrating after months that old bugs are still not fixed!
I play an engineer, go check out the engineer forums. There is a list of bugs that were there from day one. I haven’t seen any fix to those.

And Fractals… yes, i love it. It’s new and refreshing. But please, and i say please with a reason, fix the fact that if you crash (for whatever reason) you can still join the instance and finish it. So you won’t miss out on the hard work you have done and don’t let down your fellow party members.

+1 million on this. It’s really silly that you can’t join in with your fractal group if your game crashes, and yes, the GW2 client crashes.
Also, what happend to the optimization of the game? It’s still barely playable when there’s a group larger than 5 players around (Isn’t this the point of MMOs?) on a i5 @ 4.3GHz & 670GTX on the higher settings, seriously it doesn’t look that good.

What’s frustrating is that Arenanet is quick to implement character overhaul items like the make-over kit but really slow with some of the bugs that have been in the game since day 1.

I wish they had released the game a few weeks later and used that time to fix the trading post and add the extra security measures, fixing bugged events, guild problems, mail problems, making karma items account bound so people couldn’t exploit.

They would have saved themselves a lot of tickets to go through. With a finished game, they could focus only on optimization and new stuff.

Stuff is still bugged that was bugged at the start, and which I reported at the start. And all the time I was thinking “hopefully in the next patch”, they were actually working on a new gear tier. I feel like I’m putting more work into bugs than they are.
