Just a thought.

As you can see now, new dyes will be 2xRares, 1xUncommon and 3xCommon.

It’s a change from 6xRare dyes on new shop dye packs, a simple try or just a new rule for this halloween?

It is usually the case that the dye packs throw in older, pointless dyes into their random selection, meaning you could spend real money and end up with something that is basically worthless.

If they have changed that so that it always gives a special dye and that they have an integral rarity, then I think that would be great.

If they have kept the old system and just changed the way the newer dyes are picked out in it, then that would be a disaster. Lets hope its the more positive change.

I’m anticipating a new way of obtaining these exclusive dyes.

My ideas are:
-Random drops, through ToT bags
-Purchasable with varying amounts of Candy Corn. The rarer ones will cost more.
-Maybe they’ll be rewards for completing certain achievements?

Probably ToT bags.

You can see that these new dyes aren’t going to be rare like the BL dyes. And, we’ve got a new crafting profession that gets materials from dye salvaging.

I bet the ToT bags drop a metric ton of the new dyes, but they don’t stay cheap long.

Where should I be able to see that?

They are in the dye panel already.

I need one of these for my Revenant, so I hope they are in ToT bags or something similar.

In your Hero Panel under Dyes with the ‘Show Locked Dyes’ option enabled.

The second I saw that they were all different (rare, uncommon, common) I guessed they wouldn’t be gemstore. I really hope it’s for candycorn!

This is just Anet trying to give people with full a full dye collection a severe OCD attack for a few weeks before releasing them….

Add them to the 3 year anniversary dye pack I have a few extras..
