Hello all I don’t want to bother 2 much so I will get to the point. Is there any way to move my abilities on my hot bar. Like say switch my 3rd ability to my first ability slot etc etc .?

No you can’t they are weapon spells and are locked in place. Your weapon can be switched if you are allowed more than one. However your 3rd ability can be your main one by pressing left control + right mouse buttons. Spells 6 to 10 can be switched when out of combat.
