I want a Dark Knight Quaggan.
OoooooOOoo! Quaggan will eat your soul!
Lancer class. Race.. Not so sure.
New race/profession would stop complaints
And create new ones!
Yepp … ANet forces us to buy new character slots .. they only did that so we have to buy in the Cash-Shop …
Thats the first i see already ^^
Best MMOs are the ones that never make it. Therefore Stargate Online wins.
Nopes, it wont; though a bit more focus on ‘MMO – bread and butter’ additions to the game will make people more confident that ANet actually ‘got it’ as far as extending the game through LS content goes.

Ok let me add some spice to this kitten pot!!!!
Who wants to stir this:
Dwarven / Berserker (Great Axes)
only race I’d be willing to re-roll for, and great axes are a must.
and for all of those who hate on dwarves for being too “standard fantasy” if the writing is good and the implementation sound they’ll be fantastic and reinvigorate the race.
Stone dwarves, who are have lost everything, their kingdom is in ruins, over run by their former slaves. Their place as one of the leading races has been shattered, everything has changed for them.
They could make a great story line about dwarves trying to recover, grow, and expand.
Most of the time dwarves are shown as facing their end, dwindling and dieing out, Anet could turn that around, and show them restarting as a race.
Lore isn’t an issue, as we’ve seen before they can retcon and change things at will, and it’s very easy to bring dwarves back.
I don’t think it would stop complaints, I think it would change the content of the complaints. Mostly to “why did you make quaggans playable, I wanted kodan/tengu”.
^ This. One thing we need to realise is that it’s not the same people complaining whenever new stuff comes out or things change. It’s different people complaining about different things, and no matter what ANet does, it will please some people while angering others. Even the Wardrobe feature had its detractors, for example.
But that said, I REALLY want playable Tengu. I want my Tengu Thief.
considering how much is still broken like condition stacking and pvp nerfs to pve that have never been remedied the complaints should continue until these things are addressed imo, no amount of shinies will make the obvious flaws less obvious.

Sorry, off-topic stuff. I apologize for doing this.
Actually the problem could be partly addressed with variety design on mobs, like the recent Mordrem and Giant Beetles.
That is if “Zhaitan Campaing” (Same meaning as “Prophesies”, “Factions”, “Nightfall” and “EotN”) is updated.
If
- Mobs are given variety, there won’t be majority of mobs dealt with full direct dmg builds and killed before other builds can do anything…
- Ranks are put into better use, Veterans and Elites are no longer trash mobs like they are now, instead these mobs use toned-down abilities of the higher ranks, so that there are more opportunities for other builds to use all of the abilities available, (healing, CC, conditions and boon manipulation) which right now suffer from having only 1 mob out of the army of mobs, being the good target to use against. Champion could be mini-boss rank, retaining Unshakable. Legendary and Epic would be the big-boss rank.

I don’t believe there is anything that could even slow the complaints.
Imagine if Largos became a playable race… The topics with people complaining about how the wings clip through the upperbody armour would flood the forums
