Does anyone know where I can see the specifics for the new runes and sigils? I am intrigued by their names but have no idea what their effects are.
Queen’s Pavilion. It’s inside Divinity’s Reach where the Great Collapse used to be. There are 6 vendor’s representing each of the major cities besides Divinitie’s Reach. Talk to them to see the recipe names for the Sigils and Runes, you can then look them up in the trading post.
