Dear Anet,

first of all please let me say Thank you for a great game from the bottom of my heart,
i am playing Gw2 from day one and i enjoy it for every sec of it.

since i start playing Gw2 i really like the idea that i can play a lot of roles for every profession, and really custom them for a huge amount of situation.
but sadly i never really enjoy that because of the way the changing gear system work, and the same is for the traits system.
If i want to change my role in a group or just changing gear stats i have to change my gear one by one, piece by piece and the same go for my traits.

I have to say that the changing you did last feature pack for the trait system was a great step in the right direction (if i may say so),
but still to change every individual trait and gear piece is not really practical for every situation so most of the players just leave that part away.

My request or better say suggestion for you is a simple “gear preset” and “traits preset” option that the player can customize,
I think that a single button press for changing my roll in the group will be amazing.
that way players will really enjoy a different roles while playing certain profession and will be better as a group players.
this feature can be only for “out of combat” or even cost gems to activate for the first time and still be astonishing.

I must say that from my point of view this feature will be most beneficial to Anet as a company.
the reason i think that is first of all more players will buy more different stats gear, that way more money will be spend.
second of all this gear will take more bag space and players will be encourage to buy more gems for bags slots, and bigger bags.
and of course player will be even more satisfied and play the game even more.
