I was just curious if there are any other events or festivals that happen on a regular basis like Halloween event or Wintersday festival? Is there a summer festival of some sort or are we done until Halloween?

I enjoyed the events and festivals as they are a nice break and provide something different to do. I am still in my first year of GW2 so “regular” events are still new to me.

There are reoccurring events that happen in between, but they’ve been spotty. They occur whenever they feel like it and some of them, such as the zephyrites, have been killed off.

April 1st will have something. Worst case, it’s a minor joke. The most you could hope for however is SAB.

After that however, there’s really nothing. Assuming nothing new, all that’s really left is the Queen’s Jubilee, so I wouldn’t count on seeing anything until season 3. They could fix up Dragon Bash for the downfall of Mordremoth, but its activity, Dragon Ball, was merged into the Lunar Festival, so I’m guessing Dragon Bash was abandoned.

In short, just assume there’ll be nothing major until August+ when season 3 starts.

At the time I thought Dragonbash was going to be a regular thing, but sadly not.

I’d really love it if they brought that back yearly though, as I have such fond memories of that release.

I’m hoping for Super Adventure Box to make a return on 1st April but I realise it’s pretty unlikely.

I’d also like Dragonbash to come back. Like Will I assumed it was going to be an annual event and I was disappointed when it wasn’t.

Nothing till season 3. PvP and raids are what ANet want you to be doing till then.

Pvp, raids and grinding meta events.

But recently the big pve events have just been rehashed with no self contained story like the Halloween one before last or the year of the money was just dragon bash and nothing really to get as a decent reward.

for april 1st they should clear everyones inventorys/armor/weapons for 5 hours and not say anything til its over. really kitten with people.
