Hey, I was a little disappointed in myself during the week-long free trial because I didn’t have anyone I could think of for that. Today, I found that a friend of mine has time in his life for games again, and he’s chosen one that I don’t like and don’t want to play. Could the free trial become a monthly thing? I understand it not always being around because getting new players in bursts helps populate the beginner zones while these people are trying out the game. Will the next one also be a week? Can it be soon? I should check myself, but is the digital download still discounted? That might also be enough to bring someone in.

The problem with the trials is the huge influx of gold sellers and gold spam. It’s very annoying.

But I agree they should do these trials more regularly.

I think the trials are harming the game more than helping it. It’s not like you have to pay a subscription. Instead you’re going to have mentally challenged people fall to these gold seller traps and soon they’ll be gold sellers spamming even more with each stolen accounts they acquire.

Anyone know if you’re allowed to make a free trial in order to experience gameplay at a different WvW tier to see what it’s like (assuming you already own the game)?

With leagues coming up, highly unlikely they will make trials soon. Would cause unfair play as anyone can make as many trial accounts as they want.

Possible, that is a cause for concern. Free trials should be more regular, just restrict trial accounts from /map, /yell, /say, as well as using the mail system for concerns regarding gold sellers.

I love the free trials, makes levelling my alts much more fun. Also funny when the guys with Legendaries come into the low level zones to show them off.

We should have free trials more often its great gaming experience.With the traders selling their trades making all of the zone lively and not dead.
