When is the next patch, when does living world start?

Big patches like living world updates should come in the quarterly updates. Last quarterly update was April 19. So I estimate that the next quarterly update hits around July 19.
There is a patch of some sort roughly every two weeks. It is never less than two weeks but has been more.
