I’ve read and heard that it was confirmed there would be no new destiny’s edge formed of Rox, Braham, Marjory, Kasmeer (potentially taimi and mysterious sylvari character) from arenanet itself. Is this true?

There will be no destiny’s edge 2.0. Rox, Braham, Marjory, Kasmeer will join the original destiny’s edge.

Kralkatorrik will start to rise from the south, and Jormag from the north.

The main story follows as the new members fought of the dragons. The original destiny’s edge will be assigned to stay at the capital citys because of the invasion…

As Scarlet(can she die already?) sends her minions invading Black Citadel, Divinity’s reach… The original destiny’s edge will be occupied to protect the city, while the newly join member are assigned the duty to fight off the dragon.
