No Idea
As a programmer for a software company, you have to have thick skin just to deal with the teasing and jokes from your coworkers. It’s not like it’s unfriendly abuse, but it definitely requires a knowledge of the people around you and people who don’t like the environment don’t stay in it long. Sorry if it’s confusing, it’s a hard environment to describe but everywhere I’ve worked in shows the same kinda friendly snideness.
I’m sure that thick skin transcends to customers as well.

If you ignore your customers, they are going to get angry at you sooner or later. It’s not like they don’t have where to get feedback from.
They launched a game 2 years ago and instead of improving it, they just destroyed it for alts. Luckily all my chars are above lvl 30, or I would delete them.
I don’t get it. The forums are the way they are for a reason. Stop calling us, the disgruntled fans, trolls.
We are consumers giving feedback on a product we paid money for.
