I completed the Rata Sum Tixx run a little bit ago, and spent a moment deciding which item, glue or stuffing, I wanted. In that time the leader of my party made it to the chest, clicked, and then quit, just as I was about to reach the chest.

At least myself, and possibly other party members lost out. Is there some reason we get booted out when the leader leaves? If someone stays in the zone and slows a party down, they can be booted from the party. I don’t a reason for the auto boot, or at least give us a little bit of time. So far this has only happened to me once, but I could see it easily happening again.

Same happened to me last night. I accepted an invite only to find out that they were already half finished (not really a problem per say). The real issue is that the leader ran to the chest and then left so that no one else got anything.

This should be looked into.

This sentence is false.

I’ve been hit by that several times. Only once in Tixx so far, but in other dungeons, too.

It’s been an honest mistake and I know the people feel bad about screwing their guildies from loot. Each time it happens, that person learns that it’s a risk. It is preventable, if you all are careful to let everyone loot before you go.

But the game shouldn’t do that, no matter what.

Yep. Happened to me once too in Tixx. Well, the booting part. Luckily I beat the leader to the chest by a millisecond. I didn’t even have a chance to see what I picked up before I got booted and I KNOW no one else in our group made it to the chest before the two of us.

I won’t stop because I can’t stop.
