I never got a mail about the lodestone after the patch? Do I have to do something for it to trigger?

Did you do the previous events (particularly, did you find a lodestone by killing dragon minions and then turn it in to Ela Makkay)? Also, is your mail full?

It seems you must complete the previous episodes/quests/events.
