So I asked support for help some time ago and they really helped me out. Unfortunately when I was asked if I liked the support I’ve received and clicked “Good, I’m satisfied” it showed mea “no such token” message. Q_Q How do I let know our awesome support that I’m grateful?
If the Support Satisfaction survey is ‘bugged’ yet again, you can send a report to the CS Team member through email, and let them know how you feel, and also inform them the survey is borked again.
Or just post in the Forum and Website Bugs or Account Issues sub-forum for a general message.
