Hmm this is odd… I thought there would be vendors for account-bound ascended mats. People have way more of those then Blade Shards imo…

what happened to “Rumors tell of a merchant interested in items from major events in Tyria’s recent history, including Blade Shards. Players are encouraged to hold on to these items if they are interested in trading with her when she appears.”
are blade shards the only thing this merchant is interested in???

They probably mean zaitaffy & candy corn, just like always. Which sucks, and is a complete cop out if so. Was hoping for vendors for woolen Wintersday items and old Marionette leftovers, etc.
