Decided to make a Norn alt, The Great Hunt story tutorial is bugged, the last event “Join festive moot brawl” is stuck in a infinite loop and the gate remains closed. Tons of lvl 1s stuck.

Need to fix asp, pretty much can’t create a Norn character right now. I tried deleting and getting different IP maps nothing has worked.

Not sure if it’s affecting everyone but has been bugged all morning for me and some friends wanting to make Norn characters.

From what I’ve read it’s been bugged off and on for a number of hours. It probably needs to have the map emptied out of all people so that instance can collapse and reset. But good luck getting that with new people appearing every few minutes.

You can attempt to guest and get on another shard that way. You can try individually (not as a party or friending each other as the computer puts you together when you do that) and see if one person can get on a new shard then the others party up and taxi over.

Working as Intended.

In order to to cull the Norn population they have gated Norn characters from leaving the tutorial. Hopefully they will fix the Sylvari tutorial to prevent them from finishing the tutorial also.

In the mean time, check out the Asura. A lovely race indeed.

Good call on guest server. I guested to Jade Q which was full and put me into an empty overflow server, but my friends were still unable to complete it, i taxied them over and the gate closed on them at the last min.

I guess they can try guesting again, but they might end up having to wait until it’s fixed, provably tomorrow when ANet comes back to work and gets the bug reports.
