I just got my mail with the missing blooms,

but shouldn’t I also get a Vine-Covered Crate from the un-awarded daily chest?

Did anyone get Vine-Covered Crates or just the blooms?

Just 80 blooms for that day

I similarly received Mordrem Blooms in the mail for the bugged chests, but none of the 3 Vine-Covered Crates that were due to me.

I just got blooms. No vine covered crates.
