I wanted to get some Christmas present for friends in game but there are nothing really nice in GEM store. previous item before patch are nicer which got removed…. can we add something just before xmas ? I am sure there will be a lot of other people getting them too.

I would love to have kasmeer’s staff skin and the dagger skin back in TP for purchase if possible… and some other old armor skins.. even winter dagger skins.. it will be nice gift for friends.

I was kind of hoping we would have seen some new black lion chest skins in December with a new Wintersday theme :-( hopefully there’ll be some new ones in January

Yeah, I’m not going to lie. I was really disappointed by the Gem Store. I thought there would be some decent stuff for Christmas and there’s just nothing. Just a rehash of last years outfit, not even a new one. Meh.

When there are too many items, people complain that gems prices are too high ( with which I do agree so I like, for the change, no new items in gem store every week ), when there are too few ( like now ), people complain, as well.

Seriously, it’s good to have some pause with the new gem-only content added every week. The prices of gems drop down, which is good for most of the people. Let us breathe some fresh air.

There will probably an update coming this Tuesday. After All Toxx hasn’t landed yet, or what is Tixx? I dunno, I always mix those two

Thing is though I’ve never irl not went back to a shop because it had too much stuff. I have not gone back to shops that had very little stock. Maybe Anet should have held off on releasing some earlier cash shop items and waited till the Christmas season. Through the year sure people probably get fed up of constant cash shop skins etc. It’s Christmas though, if ever there was a time to flood the cash shop with whimsical purchase items, THIS IS IT!

I mean I’ll probably buy games for friends on Steam as usual just because it is Christmas and my purse strings (cough! In butch, manly voice, I mean wallet) loosen

Heck no. I buy my gems with actual money so the prices stay the same. I say bring on the new gems store items as much as they can.

mmm… I have a few friends in game that I really wish to get in game gift to for Xmas.. if only the gem store has something nice. was not complaining.

Is there still an update going to happen today, or not? Or do updates come at any time of the day?
