Will anet announce somewhere when all the raffle Halloween weapons have been given out, so we arent waiting indefinitely to see?

highly doubt they will, they’ll probably just rely on the community to inform everyone (forgetting that trolls exist who’ll either fool everyone into thinking they got everything or that it still hasn’t happened)
