With the appearance of the Birthday Vendor in LA, I’m assuming a new Title and perhaps some form of token to exchange with the vendor for your choice from a selection of items. That way you wont end up with 12 mini Queenies like last year!!!

After reading this i have a feeling u warn’t here for the first years anniversary….

….let’s just say u have better chances at ending world hunger by shaking hands with an alien that lands his spaceship in the middle of LA to take an autograph of Obama.

Most likely a mini that 90% of the community doesn’t use or care about…multiplied by X number of character slots u have + 1 xp boost because in this game it’s extremely hard to levelup … and a few marketing biblical BS paragraphs about how proud they are about the community…how they listen to us…..and about plans they will never fulfill or will fulfill after years.

….oh and a wallpaper.

That being said…… i am not against having actual cool gifts. Would be crazy not to want…but u know…ANet puts everything that has even a small potential of being cool directly in the gem store….so i honestly don’t have high expectations.

I see hardly anyone using minis in Guild Wars 2. Maybe one or two people in the cities, and none outside. Original Guild Wars minis were great because they were a lot bigger, and you could actually sell your birthday mini in the original Guild Wars, if I remember correctly. Though, I don’t see much point since everyone gets the same birthday mini in Guild Wars 2. xD

I’m hoping for a 20 levels scroll that can be used at any level, and not just under level 20 that will only boost you to level 20.

I asked Birthday Santa for my shorts and running animation back, and for all mini pets to be treated equal and given the ability to swim.

I will not get any of that.

Maybe we will get a one time free pass for sab. If someone want to go more times, some more 1 time passes will be sold for 200 gems each one.

I think for 2 years of playing, they should give you an item that launches a precursor crafting scavenger hunt.

Level up scrolls mean nothing to me these days. Now, if they gave me an “Unlock any 10 traits” scroll I might be a bit happier with that, as that is useful for those of us with tons of level 80 alts and a handful of lowbie alts that might want some more traits without doing the same things overandoverandoverandover again.

If they give 20 +Level scrolls, at least that’s 20 skill points towards unlocking a trait. It’s still better than nothing.

agreed – it wouldn’t kill them to even give you an account bound precursor of your choice, either. They could make it an account bound ticket to exchange and whatever you pick becomes instantly soulbound. Of course the precursor market wouldn’t appreciate it…

It will almost certainly be a Mini Mystical Dragon for the mini. We’ll likely also get another Birthday Booster. It’s anybody’s guess as to what else is included.

I have 4 on August 24th, so 3 more days for them. Made them when the servers came up at 11pm my time way back at launch. However, I think they didn’t send out the gifts last year till Aug 25th. So, perhaps the game doesn’t consider the 24th to be a birthday.

I still got until Christmas for my Guild Wars 2 birthday. I decided against buying as to not get in the way of my semester at school. Oh well, I’ll think of them as CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!

Not sure what I am expecting as I will be at work at the earliest start of the birthday, which is also my actual birthday. So will be a bit until I see it.

From what I heard we might be getting Experience Scroll which makes your character level 40 or even 60 instantly, a Miniature but I do not know of which creature, Veteran Title and something called Birthday Blaster, but people did not tell what is it for.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see

Nah. You get lvl 25 scroll this year and after 10 years a lvl 80 scroll.
