I would like to place an official request for a gem refund for the town clothes you removed from the game. I went and got them converted into endless tonics but as I can’t mix and match items like I used to these tonics are worthless to me and I would never have spent real money to buy them.
Items to be refunded:
Riding Boots
Khaki Shorts
Leather Hoodie

You might try game feedback through Anet, as posts about it here are completely useless.
