Q:
Official feedback on Mini Mr. Sparkles?
I would love to know this too. I’ve been trying to win Mr. Sparkles from online competitions with no luck so far. If they happen to have a convention near me, I’ll be there. Would be nice if they had a calendar page with event dates and places, and links to buy tickets to said places.
Same here. I just want an official answer regardless whether its good news or bad news. Collecting the minis is just about the only thing left i am interested in in this game anymore. If that is not possible without spending 100s of $$, then i would like not to have to waste any more time.
Just wondering ive seen alot of threads about this, anyone want to tell me what exactly this mini looks like. Right now im imagining a really fabulous looking guy carrying a moot and covered in glitter.

I believe he’s a mini version of Zojja’s Golem, Mr. Sparkles, which have a similar model to an Omega Siege Golem
we have to do things others may qualify as “evil”.

That is correct.

If what I read in another thread is true (though I’ve forgotten which thread), there were only about 200 codes given out at the Anniversary event at PAX, and that’s a extremely minute number when you compare it to the number of active players as a whole.
Thats too bad, never liked when they only give codes out at events and such.

I always feel kind of left out with these kind of giveaways. I’m disabled because of a work-related accident and can’t afford to get to these events (and NOBODY throws big events in Wisconsin). But if I was able to eventually make it to a big con, I’d love some type of exclusive in-game item that would be a constant reminder of that “awesome experience back then”.
So, yes I am sad panda, but good for them!
No, I don’t think you should ever segregate your user base even over something dumb like this. MMOs are the great equalizer, where you get out of the game what you put into it. Saying that only wealthy individuals with an excess of free time, or just be lucky and live next to the convention center, can get in game rewards and no one else can is a great way to divide the community.
