No bet! Why would Anet do something logical like have consistent tail-hole armor designs?

I remember back during development when they were talking about armor design and how they were supposedly making sure charr horns, tails, and asura ears weren’t just clipping through lazily.

Seems that the new armor is a reward for achievement points. Will be released in 9 July. We will get achievements tiers where you can get gold,laurels, and other strong stuff. Seems there will FINALLY be an achievement shop where you can spend you achievement points…Hope there will be a realistic achievement points required for a peace of armor like 20 or 50 but not like 100 or 1000….

Why do people think we will be SPENDING points?
Isn’t that quite stupid?

Hope the armor isn’t too grindy to get, would like to replace my current armor set (the twilight armor dungeon set) so tired of it!

yeah I imagine at certain point levels, we will be allowed to purchase new stuff (with gold or laurels), not actually spending our points

They never said we have to used other currency for the new stuff. Except achievement points.

You know I’m kinda burned out on the CoF gear too, but omg that helm is amazing.

They never said we used achievement points for them either.
Only that the rewards is based on your amount of points.
It would be quite silly to actually SPEND your points, since most of them are gained by achievements that can’t really be repeated and the leaderboard is would look quite weird if the leader suddenly lost 5k points.

wep and stuff… seems like a pretty big patch, those could be ascended especially that they are related to the achievement points

Now we need Branded Armor.
Now we need Vision of the Mist/Anomaly Armor.
Now we need Medium armor non-trenchcoat. For Thief——Ninjas (since we have pirates). For Ranger——some druid armors. For Engie——moar steampunk plz.
Now we need FoeFire Armor.
Now we need Ghastly Grinning Shield Armor. That black flame is incredible.
