Just wanted to ask a simple question. Are old legendary recipes staying the same? I am in the middle of crafting a legendary and have all the gifts made. I am just waiting for the scavanger hunt to get my precursor. Will I be able to complete it after HoT or will things change?

As far as we know yes, that stuff should all stay the same.
