Guild Wars 2

Hi there!
So i havent played GW2 for about a year now. I didnt really liked it when i started playing. But today my friend convinced me to try it again. Now i would like your help. First is there any major changes that i should know about? Now i know in a year there must be a TON of new stuff so thats why im asking only for major changes.
Second what class would be good for a beginer? Which class is most fun and most strong. I remember hating warrior and loving thief.
So please give me some tips

Classes haven’t really changed so what you liked back then should remain to be liked now. Major changes there was a large amount:

• WvW ranks
• Achievement chests
• New WvW map
• FOTM new maps, bosses, etc. (you will have to read into this more if you want to)
• Champs are lucrative
• Dungeons are good source of money now

The list goes on and on

My best solution is to read all the patch release notes going through the entire year.

Then go through them all. Each patch contained some changed that compounded and developed into major changes.

What about classes? Which are the strongest?

Unfortunately for you, the strongest class right now is the one you hate.

The overwhelming response you’re going to get with that question is Warrior or Guardian. The other classes do quite well in various situations, but for all-around gameplay, the Warrior and Guardian fill a crazy amount of roles.

Well, I have all 8 at 80th lvl with the same level of equipment and in truth from strongest to weakest there is not a lot of difference. Probably which you prefer is more important.

Elementalist is hard to play.
Rangers pets can annoy other players.

But otherwise its just down to your personal preference I would say…

The end game is the cash shop, because almost all in game activities are very unrewarding.

So elementalist is most fun? I hate warrior because he is to boring and i feel this way about most classes. S if elementalist is the hardest…
