One more thing about classes PvE/PvP
Rangers are actually not that bad. It’s the demographic that plays rangers that’s bad. Generally the type of player that is attracted to pet classes is casual and carefree. They don’t like to min-max, they want to play at their own pace, they want their pet to tank for them so they can lazily shoot from afar while playing Candy Crush on their smart phone. Its the same reason Hunters got the nick name “Huntard” in WoW. The class itself promotes some bad habits and draws bad players to it. But again, some rare few rangers who actually apply themselves are pretty good. There’s just a negative stigma in the community due to the bad apples.
Yes some classes have more things to offer for ‘supporting’ players around them. More ways to ineract with them. More utilities.
but that doesnt mean rangers dont have anything to offer.
