In PvE that is but would also spice up WvW a bit.

They need to add a lot, and i mean a whole lot of armor that have cool looking skins but no increase in stats to dungeons and open world pve/wvw.

People all run to the most efficient farming spots because the loot is the same everywhere, it does not matter where you are killing mobs as it is gold you are after.
But if they add cool low chance to drop items to different zones and dungeons this would improve the world in the sense everyone will not just run over to the newest best champ farm spot..

This would give people a reason to do more dungeons other than the one that gives the most gold and spread out in more zones.
The armor would have to also be for the most part probably bind on pickup, otherwise you will just still farm champions and buy yourself what you want.
I do not think there is a problem with rare loot being added that does not award you with stats, i think that will actually make you excited when you open the next loot bag in a particular zone or dungeon.

+1 I’ve been saying this for months. We need more armor that drops from actual gameplay. The original dungeon token armors were a great idea, it got people into dungeons. But now those armors are 1yr old and people want new stuff. We need armor pieces that drop in dungeons, that drop from specific bosses, from specific zones.
