One thing that made me realize how amazing GW2 is...
In WOW, you don’t have to even see the enemy, only important thing is the health bar.
Many wow players (and I’m including myself there) literally didn’t see their enemies, with custom visual interfaces covering up all the middle of their screen. It’s a bit silly, indeed.
The one thing that made me realize how good GW2 was… – well, it was the same thing of GW1. Realizing I was playing for actual fun, not to keep up with the latest added most powerful items or something. In other words, the game doesn’t pressure me to keep playing – I keep playing it because I’m having fun.

Instead we have particle spam to do that. Haha. =p

Well, I can’t deny this. Visual Effects on GW2 are a bit over the top.
They are gorgeous when you’re soloing, or even when you’re in a small group. But add in just a few more players and you can’t see anything anymore.
