Is there a reason that I am seeing no more than 3 birthday presents in an account with more than 3 toons celebrating their birthdays?

I noticed that they arrived a few hours early, so I’m hoping that I forgot only having made 3 toons per account on the opening night… but it seems oddly consistent.

1. Account bound items in a soul bound present? Doesn’t sound like the present needed to be soul bound for that.

1. Account bound mini? Well, okay, now I have 3…. dreaming of forging the extras

2. Level 20 scroll. Great for the toons that I left at level 1 all year (seriously).

3. Booster. This is my favourite part… does it stack with other boosters? I’d like to know this before I waste one by accident.

I made 5 chars on headstart and 4 of them got the presents. Odd thing is that my first created char didn’t get a present.

I created my main as soon as servers were up during headstart. Still no birthday present..

I made mine a little before my brother who got his present, still havn’t got mine, maybe it will take a little while before all the gift are handed.

Check your alts. I too was waiting for mail for few hours on my main and didn’t get any. Then decided to check my alts and and 4 of them got presents. Something fishy here.

I created eight characters within two hours after headstart-launch. All but one got birthday presents, and the one without his birthday present was the one born first. A guild-mate said the same thing with their characters.

Yeah my first character got their present, while my others have received nothing. Yet they were all created at the same time.

Who cares. I present was more than enough. The present wasn’t worth the time it took to open the mail. Was bored with minis 7 years ago. A useless scroll that will be deleted or take up space in storage. An insignificant consumable that’s only purpose is to try and get you to spend more money in the gemstore.

My char turned 1 year today (created during the headstart) and I didn’t receive my gift. I must be the unwanted child.

I’m guessing the presents go out in waves like other mails. Haven’t received mine yet either even though I made like right at start of headstart. :P

I’ll check alts though, but none have existed long enough to get a present I think.

One thing I did was on launch -3 was flash create all my characters to reserve their names. I then went back over the course of some weeks and re-created them to customize their looks, maybe you did something similar?

My main character was also made at head start. Literally seconds after it started but still haven’t recieved birthday present.

Some of my toons are on their 4th “Enjoy your new wallet” mail but never got a birthday present :/

Of my 15 characters, 14 got their gifts, only 1 didn’t. So I don’t think it has any kind of account limit, only crappy delivery.

Not that this is a big deal, since the gift is a piece of kitten (mini is nice, but I don’t need 15 of them).

PS: no idea why this character didn’t get his gift since he was created on the same day as all the others.

8 alts created first day, 7 received gifts, my main only did not.. hearing similar all over. likely in a day or so they’ll all be sorted.

The age estimation is also goofy, as my characters were stilled listed as 11 months old It says 12 today…

Looks like I had the same issue as most.
All my Alts got presents but my Main did not get one. Oh well, she is the mature one so I guess she will just have to deal.
