First I would like to thank you guys for creating an owerall amazing game.When I say owerall amazing I mean that 90% of curent GW2 content is amazing and needs no changes(that of course is my personal opinion),so I would like to express my opinions and ask few questions about the 10% of the game I think needs improvment or rework.
1.You created artisticly breathtaking world which is curently empty reason is simple its not as rewarding as high lvl areas(tho imo high lvl areas are not extremly rewarding to lol).I think that solution could be to make all areas reward players based on their lvl,but to adjust mobs and downscaling of players by improwing them so the dificulty of combat is roughly the same for lvl 80 players in orr as in starter areas.I already saw that you are working on a solution to this but it would be realy good to hear when exactly will these changes will come?
2.Ascended gear obtaining is quite limited atm and laurels prices are quite confusing,amulet with higher stats cost 5 days less so to speak then ring with lower stats O_o.When do you plan to put ascended gear in all parts of the game as was promised and do you plan to adjust laurel prices of rings and amulets to match basic logic?
3. More Stat and build flexibility is something I think would greatly improve curent gameplay.I was thinking of a model that allows you to put more stat combinations on every armor,weapon or jewel piece and they chande it as you need by click and select method.Acquiring could stay the same with new option to add stats by double clicking on desired piece of armor,weapon and/or jewel.It would be great to have the ability to change traits in Charater sheet, that would allow the creation of more complex dungeons and content in general posible.Do you plan to do something similar in the future?
4.I am seeing profession requirement latly warrior,mesmer and guardian in more and more LFMs for dungeons.I will try to explain whay and where is the problem on a COF p1.Lets take a berserkers warrior view on p1 in 2 difrent groups:1st group 4 zerker warriors and mesmer,1st boss dies during time warp,group runs to acolyte part mesmer helps with speed and stelth,mesmer ports group for gate part and last boss fight goes realy fast no 1 dies.
2nd group ouer zerker warrior and 4 random non mesmer,warrior or guardian professions.1st boss zerker warrior is close to death needs to switch to rifle/bow to stay alive(or starts GS walking around the boss which is lol moment),without stelth on runing part there is a slight chance that bridge group will not lose aggro which makes mess in acolyte room,boulder runing part some people die and it takes few runs to open the door,final boss ouer zerker warrior is dowend at least once if he is not switched to range.
So from this its not hard to conclude whay zerker warriors will love to run with mesmers and guards.mesmers can X2 the zerkers dps which improves zerkers survivability and is also helping speed and runing parts.
My question is do you have plans to rework dungeons or to improve some professions or maybe both to avoid profession tiers in the future?
5.GW2 is more and more unfrendly tawards new players,prices are going higher and higher,zones are empty and people ask for experiance more and more these days.If new player wants to get legendary weapon he/she will have the same chance at the forge and world drops(tho with higher prices even forge way will be lot more expensive thus unequal),but precursor and mats required will be unequaly more expensive then it was for same stuff at the begining of the game.Do you plan to do something about equal chances for obtaining high end items,becouse you know that people like cosmetics no matter when they started playing,disapointed players wont continue playing(without new players game could start to decilne)?
Well i hope you will be answering some of these questions and if not i hope we will see fixes soon THX.
