So after reading the many posts on the forum regarding the new leveling/story and player experience, and seeing the reactions from both sides, pros and cons. I have to ask, why not simply include an optional tutorial mode like so many games have?

This way veteran players who make an alt can play the way they are used to, and new players can go through with the tutorial and new system to make learning easier for them.

Seems including simple option would placate both sides. Personally my main problem with leveling was that it could get a little tedious because it could take a long time. But other then that I never had many issues with it. And I always like having an option, its understandable people who are used to something for a long time dont want it all suddenly and dramatically changed, of course there will be backlash.
