“They can’t see me. I can’t see them.”

I know what some of you are thinking, “This is about one of the new Engi skills and thus should be in the Engi thread.” Well, you are wrong. I’m not taking about the skill; I’m taking about what its name implies, and that is that we have spaceships or satellites. This leads to three theories.
1. There is at least one spaceship or satellite that we don’t know of. Looking at what we have now, this is unlikely.
2. Anet is hinting at something that’s going to happen sometime in the future. Still seems unlikely to me.
3. Anet chose the best sounding name without thinking of what it implies. As this is a very human mistake, and the people at Anet are indeed human, of the three theories, this seems to be the most likely.
I want to hear what my fellow players and the people at Anet have to say about this. Which theory do you think is correct? Am I right in thinking that 3 is the most likely?

Keep in mind the ‘orbital strike’ goes all the way back to when the Aetherblades sacked Lion’s Arch. Back during the Battle for L.A. player’s were often bombarded with the unseen space laser, but we just wrote it off as being some of Scarlet’s tech.
So I don’t know.
I’d like to think, lore-wise, that Engineers have learned to ‘hack’ Scarlet’s death-beam for our own use, but I tend to think that the #3 suggestion is closer to the truth.
That explanation implies that Scarlet had space technology. The implication cat is out of the bag. There are factions in Tyria that have developed space flight technology way ahead of the time considering the rest of civilization in Tyria.
I had brainstormed the idea of making a mixup of GW2 and Kerbal Space Program called “Asuran Space Program” (lol i know its not very creative named). Taking place 100 years after today’s events. It would have been a massive overhaul mod for KSP but I wound never find the time to finish it so I didn’t bother starting.
Here’s hoping for Guildwars 3 in space.
She could figure out a way to get the Breachmaker to fly, build the giant marionette, and develop holographic Hard-light weapons i.e. Scarlet’s rainbow (although Moto did a much better job -super adventure weapons). It’s not a stretch to think she developed/acquired tech for an orbital battle platform

In GW1 you could orbital drop Golems.
Here’s another one (one for Anet’s writers) too.
Because Scarlet had an orbital platform there is the possibility she was not actually on board the Breachmaker at the end of the first season living story, but controlling it from the orbital platform. Clone technology (specifically spells) could have been improved as well so that her clone would act as if it was a real person even in death. Scarlet was manning the orbital platform taking potshots at the heroes as they fought the Breachmaker.
An additional possibility is that the Breachmaker itself was the ship that supplied the platform and that Scarlet is now trapped on the station until her previous allies rebuild the means to get to orbit.
EotM has Airstrikes too. Add B2 Bombers to the list.
