Could’nt find a simple certain yes or no…. IS unlocking the use of order armor sets account or character unlocked.. cause i want vigil armor for my alt.

All order/cultural armour is character bound afaik. Only the toon that bought the armour can wear it.

Then your alt needs to join the vigil

so those banners at char select mean nothing.. i was hoping unlocking the banner meant all your chars can use that orders armor
