Didn’t know where to put this question, so I’ll just put it in general.

Looking at Divinity’s reach, I noticed that the 3 orders each have a headquarters in the middle ring structure. Atleast, the Vigil and the Durmand Priory have… Those 2 have bases in the south west and south east corners of the inner ring so logic dictates that the Order of Whispers have a base at the northern corner. Thing is, there is a POI there (skull plaza) but it’s just closed doors.
Knowing that the Order of Whispers are a secretive bunch, it’s only logical that the front doors are locked but on the minimap, I notice that there’s supposed to be a stairs down just in front of the doors so there must be a way in somewhere.
I couldn’t find the entrance anywhere close and even Google didn’t help me here.

So my question is, is there an accesible base for the Order of Whispers in Divinity’s Reach? Can it be accessed outside of the Human storyline (assuming you pick OoW as your order)? And if so, how and where?

I think I actually found this on accident the other day downstairs in a larger building, but I can’t remember exactly what section of the city it was in. I’ll have to look around again and let you know. =)

Knew it was going to be hard getting straight answers out of Order of Whisper representatives. xD
So are there or sewers in Divinity’s Reach or was it a mix-up with Lion’s Arch? :P

For what it’s worth, I seem to have remembered today. I think the basement of Maiden’s Whisper is what you’re looking for?

It’s in the basement of one if the taverns in a residential district. Not sure which one though.

The Order is there, they just don’t advertise . . . there’s enough bad stuff going on within the court that openly showing an order devoted to spying? Well, that would make things very awkward.

I’m going to wind up combing the city now, you know that. sigh

I think a few people are mixing up Lions Arch and Divinities Reach.

Either that or I, and everyone else I’ve had this conversation with over the past several months, has missed that there is an accessible sewer system in Divinities Reach.

Having combed Divinities Reach several times (not looking for this specifically but trying to make sure I went into every accessible building, talked to every NPC etc.) I’m pretty confident Sil is right and it’s in the basement of the Maiden’s Whisper. Part of the human OoW story where you meet their representative in Divinities Reach reinforces that too. There are no order members down there but it looks like one of their bases. (As far as I know the only cities where they have clearly identified bases, with members of the order in uniform and banners are Lions Arch and The Grove.)

During the headstart I was sure I found one in Divinities Reach, just looked again and cannot find the entrance I remember. I did find whisperer’s hidden away in the Ebonhawke city though.
