Where can I find a server/people who are doing organized runs without random pugs who fail everything?

There’s no point, you will get overflowed and organized runs won’t take random pugs.

Seems you should make a group and try to be a pug that does not fail at everything. Then if enough people do the same then there will be no issue to beating the event.

You can’t. Guests fill up those servers that do everything and because they’re new, they fail everything.

It’s quite the paradox.
