Hello,

It’s been almost a year since the town clothing was removed but as far as I’m aware we have yet to see the models that the characters are created with again.

Are we going to see the original town clothing become an outfit at some point? The asuran town clothing was a really simplistic awesome outfit and I’d love to see that around again.

Tonics only I’m afraid.

Unfortunately this just turns your clothing into tonics- you can’t really wear them around.

Not really sure what you are getting at. The tonics you get are endless, so you can reuse them over and over. Using them changes you into your town clothes, which you can then wear around town, or anywhere, for 15 minutes until you have to click the tonic again. No, you can’t wear them in combat, but neither could you with the original town clothes. It’s a shame you can’t dye them anymore, but you can still wear them to a Lion’s Arch dance party.

It would be nice if they made them into an outfit, I’ve wanted my sylvari’s town clothes to be her armor since the minute I made her. Anet has no plans for it as far as I know though.
