Orr map
I don’t remember seeing that before. Doesn’t look like there’s much green to it.
Of course, I don’t have the best detail-oriented memory, anymore.
The circular zone in the middle… with the six circles inside….could be a big temple to the six human gods :-)
Well, I’ve looked at the World Map as far back as December of 2014, and that portion is there. Thus, it’s not really new.

I’m sure some other player will post with an explanation of what it is. (I don’t do much in the way of Dungeons, and barely remember the Personal Story, so I’m no expert on Tyrian areas.)
I guess it has something to do with Arah Story mode map:

This map partially shows that region, but still it’s not the same map like the one you are writing about… interesting…
the bottom part shown in that map is the personal story instance that takes place in Arah (where the mouth spawns after the towers), like Avador said.
edit: saying that, there are loads of ground areas in that instance that are flown over, and never seen, or even unclovered on the map in-game. would be awesome if they did something with that.

There doesn’t have to bee a lot of green, just a few ferns and old trees come back to life
Mmm … yes , probably its the arah story map…. I’ve forgot that part ….it’s past too much time from the last time I did that instance :-)
Remember the devs have said the fogged out colours no longer represent the World terrain underneath it. They decided to abandon following that as a guide around about LS2/HoT since they stated it was restrictive.
