Once other dragons get introduced (Jormag, for example) do you think that the same type of shunning and other conflict that the Sylvari are about to endure will happen to other races (like Norn, for the example above)?

No, because they don’t “come from” Jormag as the Sylvari “come from” Mordremoth.

In the case of Jormag Dragon Minions, any creatures can be and are turned into Icebrood, not just norn. No one is born an Icebrood, unlike Sylvari. Same went for risen; zhaitan simply turned the dead into his minions. Kralkatorrik corrupted all creatures who were below him as he flew over the land.

Also, I have the feeling Anet wouldn’t copy that bit of story (a race being created to serve a dragon) onto any future dragons.

It would be cool if they could justify it, but from what we know it isn’t really the same, mostly for reasons Rose already covered.
Although when we fight jormag it is probably going to have a heavy influence of Sons of Svanir, so it is certainly possible that there be some more racial conflict in the future. It just won’t be all Norn against everyone else…

But to be fair; the salads have always been the bad guys it was no surprise there.

Perhaps quaggans are Bubbles’ minions. Bubbles, of course, has the two spheres of influence of “water” and “cuteness.”
