Hi, it would be possible to introduce a survey of send mail? Only the “who” and “what” without the possibility to send a message back.

Yesterday I had someone sent a message with some money. The money was deducted from my account, and he tells me nothing came. Is it possible that I accidentally sent someone else, but without any such survey no chance of it traced itself and if it can bother someone, whom should I write?

This would be a great idea. I do support this being added, because otherwise you have no idea of the person was just lying to you or there was a mistake and it was sent to someone else. If you know who you sent what to it would stop any of these problems.

The only issue is, if you did infact send it to the wrong person you would still have no way of getting your gold back and I believe they would be within their rights to keep it. Maybe add a ‘are you sure you wish to send this mail containing item x and y amount of gold to account z’ pop up before it sends would help stop the problem happening in the first place, unless there is already this system in place that I am not aware of (I rarely send mail).

Vindictus’ mail also had a nice feature with that where it tells you if the recipient has read the mail you sent or not and as long as it was unread you can cancel it(pretty sure it was Vindictus that had things, might have mixed it up with another game since it has been a while). The ability to cancel would at least partially deal with the other issue suffish mentioned.

It would be enough just tell me if I’m stupid and I sent it to someone else, or find out that he was lying.

I totally agree that an outbox feature should be implemented!

A temporary solution for you guys is this: when sending money/an item to a friend, take a screenshot of the mail before you click send. Then you are easily able to refer to it if a situation like this occurs, and it only takes one click of a button.
